NEW MOON ALCHEMY
New Moon Alchemy is a journey through the 12 new moons of the year. Come be nurtured under the new moon in Julia’s magical and nourishing spaces. Most new moon ceremonies will be in her cozy St. Paul home, with the final new moon solstice celebration held at her peaceful sanctuary on the Trade River. Honor each unique start of the lunar cycle by dropping into your heart, your body and spirit in a beautiful sanctuary space. Our circle of women will be led in guided meditation, poetry, decadent delicacies and magic. With the inherent build-up of each month, energetically release and renew effortlessly within community.
EVENING RHYTHM
6:30-8:30 PM
Arrive and ground in with a delicious grounding snack and home brewed herbal tea blend. Settle in on plush locally-sourced sheepskins with a cozy throw blanket. Julia will guide the group in an intentional brief check-in to tune into what is being experienced. The rituals that follow include but are not limited to gentle postures, movements, meditations, song and sound baths. We will be making sacred objects to use as tools of empowerment. The yin component of this offering is to remind ourselves that we may relax into alignment as opposed to working to change/fix/help. Reconnect with the infinite universe of existence and ways to allow space for new gifts in your life to appear. All in witnessing of one another in our unfolding. Rituals will be related to seasonal needs.

Please ensure you are able to commit attendance to most sessions, as the continuity of our group offers a strong vessel for vitality and willingness to trust and take flight.
Cost includes: all luscious organic seasonal foods and brews & comfort-offering items such as throws, back jacks, local sourced sheepskins, handmade pottery, and beeswax candles.
Cost also includes a final day retreat, luncheon & ceremony held at our cabin in the woods to close out the year!
